Easter Butterflies

Each Easter season, the young children have caterpillars in their Sunday School classrooms. They get to witness the miracle of metamorphasis as the "new creatures" emerge from thier sleep. After all of the butterflies have transformed, the children invite the rest of the congregation outside to release them on a nice Spring morning. This activity helps to illustrate the Resurrection for young and old alike.
