Property Ministry Team

The Property Ministry Team is responsible for all the physical assets of the Church. The team handles all facility and equipment repairs and maintenance. We also examine and approve requests for the use of our facilities and equipment by church members and outside groups not related to Church activities. We maintain a calendar of all activities occurring in our facilities and try to see there is no conflict. The Cemetery is also a part of our responsibility and is a sub-committee of our division.

We sometimes take on minor repair projects in house to save expense such as replacing exit light signs or blinds. Cleaning up the property and trimming our shrubbery or overseeing receiving bids on contractor work and supervising the work. We have workdays a couple of times a year at both the church and at the cemetery.

We also supervise the Sexton, Housekeeper, and Gardener.

We are always on the prowl for new people who can lend their time and talents to assist us. Our Ministry Team meets on the second Thursday of every month in the Church Office at 7:00 PM.
